Counseling Services

Counseling Services is dedicated to supporting students as they navigate life. We are also here to connect students with resources to support mental health. We understand that college is a big step that brings with it new responsibilities, new relationships, and high expectations. Classes, social events, and dorm life can all be as exciting as they are challenging, and it’s perfectly normal for students to feel overwhelmed from time to time.

What We Do

The Counseling Center is a safe, compassionate, and confidential space that provides high-quality individual and group counseling for a variety of concerns that include anxiety, depression, general life stress, trauma, and food and body issues.  We provide well-being programs for the campus.  When necessary we connect students with mental health resources in the community.
